General
Automatically start and activate AllSync Scheduler when starting Windows
This causes AllSync Scheduler to be automatically started and activated when Windows is started.Confirm when shutting down AllSync Scheduler
This option causes a prompt to be shown when shutting down AllSync Scheduler. This prompt is not shown when AllSync Scheduler Service has been started or no task is activated.Set the application priority to 'low' when starting a task

This option causes the AllSync Scheduler dialog to be restored and shown in the foreground when errors have occurred during a copy operation.Reduce hard disk accesses per second
This option enables you to reduce the number of hard disk accesses per second so that other applications do not become sluggish. The pause is specified in milliseconds and takes place when reading the source and destination data after each file/folder found.Timer Interval
This option enables you to change the interval how often the scheduler check if a task have to be started. The standard value of 950 ms allows a task start time to the second. Example: With a value of 10000 ms the scheduler checks every 10 seconds if a task have to be started. A higher interval value also reduce the CPU usages of the scheduler.Layout
Save window position and size on exit
This option causes the window position of AllSync Scheduler to be saved upon exiting and restored the next time AllSync Scheduler is started.Display as icon on taskbar when minimized
This option causes the minimized window of AllSync Scheduler to be displayed only as an icon on the taskbar next to the time. You can also specify that the icon be animated during a copy operation.Show ToolTip on toolbar

Font

This option enables you to specify the maximum number of lines in the log pane and thus minimize memory consumption.Run Period
This option enables the period to be specified during which all tasks may be started. Any tasks still running outside of the run period can be optionally automatically terminated.Startup Mode

Show task log upon startup when an error occurred during shutdown
This option causes the log of the last task to be displayed upon starting AllSync Scheduler for which an error occurred.Increase response time until the Windows shutdown dialog is displayed
This option take effect only under Windows XP or Server 2003. Activating this option causes the following registry entries to be changed:- HKCU \ Control Panel \ Desktop \ HungAppTimeout = 500000
- HKCU \ Control Panel \ Desktop \ WaitToKillAppTimeout = 500000
- HKCU \ Control Panel \ Desktop \ AutoEndTasks = 0
- HKCU \ Control Panel \ Desktop \ HungAppTimeout = 5000
- HKCU \ Control Panel \ Desktop \ WaitToKillAppTimeout = 20000
- HKCU \ Control Panel \ Desktop \ AutoEndTasks = 0
Note: These email options are identical to the email settings in AllSync's Options.
Mail Server
An SMTP server address has to be entered in order for an email to be sent. Entering a POP3 server is not required unless the POP3 login option has been selected. Entering a user name and password is only necessary when using a POP3 login and SMTP login. The timeout setting enables you to specify the maximum amount of time to elapse until the mail server responds. Sending the email is aborted when this time period is exceeded. The mail server must support the official POP3 and SMTP protocols.Email Account

Subject of the email. The following placeholders can be used:- %1 for the task name
- %2 for the text "[ERROR]", shown in the subject only when an error has occurred. The text appears at the end of the subject when no placeholder is specified.
- %3 for the text "[OK]", shown in the subject only no error has occurred. The text doesn't appear at the subject when no placeholder is specified.
Email Options
Send log of each task to the following email address(es)
This option causes the log to be automatically sent to the specified email address(es) after a task has completed.Send bug report to the following email address(es)
Activating this option causes a bug report to be automatically sent to the address(es) entered.Send an email to these addresses if a task couldn't be started:
This option causes a message to be sent to the specified email address(es) when a task couldn't be started at its specified start time and within the specified tolerance.Info: If there is more than one address, they have to be separated by a comma.
